Advance ticket prices are valid until 2pm on the day of the event.
Accessibility
The way to the cultural centre leads over cobblestones. The Kesselhalle, the foyer and the toilet can be reached via a ramp for wheelchair users. Unfortunately, the ramp does not meet the accessibility requirements as it has a gradient of 18%. We will be happy to help if you need assistance in negotiating the ramp. Larger wheelchairs can also fit through all doors and emergency exits, but the entrance door can only be opened mechanically.
For seated events in the Kesselhalle, we reserve up to 5 wheelchair places + accompanying person. Please book in advance by telephone on 0421/377750.
Unfortunately, the other rooms are not accessible and we do not currently have a guidance system for the blind.

Age limitation
Children under the age of 14 may only attend concerts when accompanied by a guardian or a person responsible for their education - i.e. together with their mother and/or father or guardian.
Young people between the ages of 14 and 15 may only attend concerts when accompanied by a person with custody or a person responsible for education. Any person of legal age can be a responsible if they have a written consent and a copy of their parent’s or guardian’s identity card.
Requirement: End of event by 22:00h at the latest.
There are no restrictions for young people aged 16 to 17.
Requirement: End of event by 24:00h at the latest.
