Depending on the type of event, tickets can also be purchased at other advance ticket offices, see event details.
Advance ticket prices are valid until 2pm on the day of the event.
Wardrobe
Due to fire safety regulations, we are currently unable to provide a cloakroom at all events; please enquire if you are unsure. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to improve this situation.
Please do not bring large bags (larger than A4 size) to events.
FreiKarte Bremen
The FreiKarte is a prepaid card that the State of Bremen gives to all children and young people whose primary residence is in Bremen or Bremerhaven. It gives them the opportunity to catch up on activities they have missed out on during the coronavirus pandemic.
You can use the FreiKarte to pay for advance tickets to our own events and for the workshops run by the Werkstätten.

Accessibility
The way to the cultural centre leads over cobblestones. The Kesselhalle, the foyer and the toilet can be reached via a ramp for wheelchair users. Unfortunately, the ramp does not meet the accessibility requirements as it has a gradient of 18%. We will be happy to help if you need assistance in negotiating the ramp. Larger wheelchairs can also fit through all doors and emergency exits. The entrance door opens automatically.
For seated events in the Kesselhalle, we reserve up to 5 wheelchair places + accompanying person. Please book in advance by telephone on 0421/377750.
Unfortunately, the other rooms are not accessible and we do not currently have a guidance system for the blind.

We are committed to continuously improve accessibility at our events, to make existing barriers transparent and regret the restrictions.
Age limitation
Children under the age of 14 may only attend concerts when accompanied by a guardian or a person responsible for their education - i.e. together with their mother and/or father or guardian.
Young people between the ages of 14 and 15 may only attend concerts when accompanied by a person with custody or a person responsible for education. Any person of legal age can be a responsible if they have a written consent and a copy of their parent’s or guardian’s identity card.
Requirement: End of event by 22:00h at the latest.
There are no restrictions for young people aged 16 to 17.
Requirement: End of event by 24:00h at the latest.
